pstack skill load size: before and after surf
SURFME.md explains the change and how to install surf. The skill tree is pstack-chips on the saintx fork.
Bytes of each SKILL.md, the file an invocation loads. SKILL.md Before is 1e5c90a (pstack 0.15.24). SKILL.md After is that same file on pstack-chips. SKILL.md + Intent Index is the after SKILL.md plus the stdout of surf --list references/index.md, the command the pointer tells the model to run. The 24 principle skills have a before dot only. principles is the skill that replaced them.
